While we’re in texas, might as well take a cruise out of Galveston!!

Along with Tommy’s dad, Bill and his wife Dana, we’re ready for an adventure packed with numerous animal encounters, tons of food, and relaxation poolside on the ship!

This happens to be Kali’s FIRST time ever going on a cruise, so we’re pretty excited.

Before arriving at our first island, we get to spend 2 full days on the ship.

We fill our days with food and the onboard entertainment!

Roatan

Our exciting adventure today: Horseback Riding on the beaches of Roatan. 🐴

Tommy has never ridden a horse, but he quickly turns into an expert, galloping across the beach! 🐎

After our horse ride, we have some time to shop around the local stores, then board the ship. 🛒

Costa Maya

Scuba diving is on our agenda for this island. Unfortunately, Dana has left her contacts at home and cannot join us.

Bill happens to have problems with his mask (it broke open in the water! 😬)and has to remain on the little boat.

The two of us keep with our plan and complete the dive!

This dive takes us through coral canyons and stairs, with opportunities to view a turtle, crabs and numerous other fish.   🐢  🐟  🐡

This Remora even tries to hitch a ride on Kali’s tank!!!  🐠

Cozumel

We’re excited for our adventure here in Cozumel!

Our day today has us getting up close and personal with DOLPHINS!! 🐬🐬

Not only do we get to pet the dolphins, we get to ride them!

We’re as giddy as a fly stuck in a porta-potty as we get to encounter the dolphins up close!

We also get to pet a manatee!!

…but they didn’t let us take photos of it. 🙁

The park that is included in this encounter offers, unlimited drinks, a food buffet, and some beautiful relaxing opportunities as well!  🌴

Before we know it, it’s time to load up in the ship to head back home.

Casting the Anchor

Our last few days on the ship are filled with….
would you believe it….

…more food!!!

There are so many activities on the ship, we can hardly get to all of them!

Oh!!!!!!

Can’t forget our presents left each day by our room attendant, Bart!

Ralph and Scoops loved them!

It’s great relaxing on the ship, but it’s time to return to the van and our USA road trip.
