Las Vegas – Secret Pizza & High Roller

It’s Vegas Baby!

It’s not the first time we’ve been to Las Vegas, and definitely not the last.

So with that, we’re not planning for the typical Vegas shenanigans.

Our main goal here is secret pizza and a ride on the world’s tallest ferris wheel!

First, we’re hungry for some pizza!

Secret Pizza!

This is a Pizza joint that doesn’t really have a name… as far as we know, but it’s fun to find.

It’s located inside The Cosmopolitan… so step one is to enter that!

Step two is to find the right escalator… should be one of the first escalators if you use the Bellagio-facing entrance. Hopefully the picture helps.

Once at the top of this one, take the next escalator also.

From there it’s a straight shot to an unmarked, discrete hallway, wedged between Jaleo and Blue Ribbon.

You’ll know you’ve hit the right spot when the hallway looks like this:

Walk inside and wola!

Pizza!

With our bellies full, it’s time to check out this ferris wheel.

High Rollin’

It’s high flyin’ fun as they like to say…

The High Roller is something we’ve always seen in the Vegas backdrop, but never something we’ve taken the time to do.

It’s a slow ride, taking almost 30 minutes to complete one revolution.

The highest elevation gain is 550 ft

While the ride itself isn’t too exciting, the views at night are pretty nice.

It takes almost 15 minutes to reach the top. Be sure to time your ride with the Bellagio fountain start times!

Tonight we’ll head back to our room and relax.
Tomorrow morning we set our sights on Zion!
